About Our Work
Prisma Construction has effectively overseen the completion of both single-family and multifamily buildings, comprising hundreds of units throughout New York City. With a substantial $20 million aggregate bonding capacity, Prisma's management team and superintendents bring extensive trade expertise to every project. Notably, Prisma's recent clientele includes prominent public agencies such as the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), the New York State Department of Homes and Community Renewal (DHCR), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) through their NEP Program, and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through their NRP program.
